Why My Other Half should not do the Washing!

I don't think this is a true representation of Luke's washing in/ability.  Since the beginning of this pregnancy, washing was something that just kept piling up.  I was too tired to put a load in the machine, turn it on, hang it out, bring it in, fold it, and put it away.  Kindness and selflessness is one of Luke's beautiful attributes.  And so he took on the washing with much gusto.  One of Luke's main issues is the amount of powder he was adding per load.  Often we had to do rinse upon rinse cycle, after the normal cycle was complete, so that the suds would eventually disappear.  With the socks above, I couldn't have cared less about the suds, so they went onto the line 'sudded'.  There was no way I could despair with Luke because he was adding to his already long list of pressures.  I just gently requested he put less powder in the machine.  To date, we are still doing rinse cycle upon rinse cycle.

Cleanliness is close to godliness!

I am the Washing Master in our household and have very tight control over all that goes in and out of the washing machine. If I let Nathan do a load of washing, he always seems to mess it up - I wonder if he does this deliberately, so that I will continue to do it!?! Perhaps this is Luke's plan?
Do you use powder or liquid? I am a liquid fan. One lid and you're done!! xox
You are very lucky (but also deserve) to have Luke doing your household washing xox
