My friend, Marika, once described me as a person who is 'eternally searching to better her self'. This is another one of those searches.
I've often wondered how personal I should be on this blogspot. That is: how far can I politically lean?; how raw can I be with my emotions?; how far can I question society's actions?; how truthful can I be with myself?; and how much of my inner thoughts can I share with others?
With all that said ... will anybody bother to read it?
If the truth be told ... I find tapping away on this blogspot a very cathardic process. As a result, this blogspot has become so much more than just a journey about Amaya and I. I'm often thinking of new and exciting posts to write (I have many drafts in the 'Edit Posts' section), and I can't wait for Christmas when I receive my digital camera (at the moment I rely on Luke for photographs).
In closing, this particular posting is a precursor of what is to come in the near future. As Charlotte repeatedly cried down the phone to Miranda in 'Sex in the City', 'I choose my choice' - I too am choosing my choice. That choice is to get real, keep it real, and to lay my bare heart on this keyboard and screen for all to view. It's time to search.

You cannot just stop after heightening my curious senses. Up in the air like that. It is tantamount to telling a story, but then leaving the last 20 pages blank! Go on tell all!
i'm so glad you are enjoying your blog. i also find mine a therapeutic outlet for my thoughts. and i also feel so connected to people because even if i don't send an email or get to someone by phone, i know they are keeping up with me and me with them, just through reading my blog. i'm enjoying yours very much.
