At times I wonder why I write down my inner thoughts on Inkings Ink. What makes me think that people are interested in reading about me and my life? I'm really not that interesting - and certainly don't lead an overly interesting life. I have only 10 Followers - some of whom I don't even know who they are, but know that they appear on a friend's blog. On many occasions, few-to-no people leave comments.
Well, every once in a while, someone will send me an email, or let me know in person, that they enjoyed reading an entry on my blog, or that I have a gift for self expression. I do love to write, and I do hold strong opinions. My blog is one means to live this part of my creative life. And I do find everyone else's life interesting. People intrigue me. So if you are unsure about leaving a comment because you think you are boring, don't think that way. Each life is full.
Thank you to all who leave comments on this blog, send me emails, or let me know in person how much they enjoy reading my blog. I will keep on keeping on.

I too do not always make a comment, but I do always read and enjoy your posts.
I have to admit that I am not ready to share my best and worsts of 2010 and I cannot at this time share all of my 38 list....but know that I have considered both.

I have written little comments from time to time, but then have deleted them before posting! Maybe I am shy about this public forum, as you are the only person I know who is a part of it! Plus, sometimes I wonder if I should post comments because I haven't see you in so long? But I will try not to be scared from now on :)

Many may read but not comment, likewise many may read but not be a subscribed follower. I know this from my own blog that doesn't seem to have many subscribers but sometimes, ie after big events (like getting robbed last year) the amount of traffic was staggering (1000 in a few days) yet very few comments...
So keep writing and doing what feels good for you and your creative side. I'm positive that all of us that do follow as much as we can, enjoy your gift.
