This is a new blog entry that I keen to add throughout 2011. It's my best and worst moment from each week. This week I found it quite a cathartic process writing down all the worst and best moments for the week and then choosing one to put into this blog. Here goes:
Worst
We have had some scorches this week. I usually love the heat beaming down on me, sunbathing and hitting the beach. I usually become quite disgruntled whenever Luke wants to put the air-conditioner on. BUT, now that I'm 34 weeks pregnant, it's a whole other story. The heat wipes me out, makes me feel even more ill, and I'm constantly searching for the air-conditioner controller. And it's only going to get hotter!
Best
Finding Amaya's other shoe. My daughter has exceptionally narrow feet and we always have to make a half hour journey across town to purchase her special - expensive - shoes. This week we were at the beach and somewhere during our walk home we lost one of Amaya's special shoes. Luke and I re-walked our trodden path several times, but to no avail. A couple of days later Luke went for an early morning board in the surf and came across the missing shoe outside the surf life saving club. Karma had weaved its way into our life this week.

Thanks for sharing Al - thought I was on my own here! Evie's laughter is just gorgeous. It makes me laugh too. Work that head baby with the anxieties. xo
